Accuracy
Due dates are calculated from the schedule in 49 CFR 390.19T(b). Carrier details come from FMCSA's public census data and can be out of date. FMCSA's rules and notices can change. You are responsible for filing your own updates on time.
Use of the site
You may use the lookup for your own company or companies you work with. Don't use automated tools to download the data in bulk; FMCSA publishes it directly on data.transportation.gov.
