What every plan tracks
- MCS-150 biennial update, from the schedule in 49 CFR 390.19T, with the last update date in FMCSA's census data.
- UCR registration, due before January 1 for the next year; registration opens October 1.
- IFTA quarterly returns, due April 30, July 31, October 31 and January 31, if you turn IFTA on for a carrier.
- Form 2290, due August 31 for vehicles in use in July, if you turn it on.
- IRP renewal, in the month you set, since renewal dates depend on the base state.
- Operating authority and insurance, from FMCSA's licensing data: whether authority is active and whether the BIPD insurance on file meets the required minimum.
Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing in your dashboard. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you file anything for me?
No. We track deadlines and tell you when they are coming. Filing the MCS-150 is free in FMCSA's Motus system, and the other filings are made with their own agencies.
Where does the data come from?
Due dates are calculated from the rules and schedules for each filing. Carrier status comes from FMCSA's public census and licensing data, refreshed daily.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You can't add more USDOT numbers than your plan allows. If you move to a smaller plan, reminders continue for the carriers you added first, up to the new limit.
