Privacy
This site has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. When you look up a USDOT number, your browser downloads a public data file and does the calculation itself. We don't store what you look up.
What is processed
- Requests to the site. Pages and data files are served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Emails you send us. If you write to support@ledgerroad.com, we use your message to reply.
Carrier data shown
Results show a carrier's legal name, city, state, USDOT status and last MCS-150 date from FMCSA's public census data. We don't show phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses.
Changes
If we add reminder emails, this page will say what we collect for them before sign-up opens. Questions: support@ledgerroad.com.
